Job description
Jewett Cameron is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to
join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new retail accounts,
distributors, and contractors, while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. The ideal
candidate will have experience in consumer brand products and lumber, with a proven track
record of achieving sales targets and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new retail accounts, distributors, and contractors, while maintaining and expanding
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other forms
consultative sales approach.
- Use your communication skills to understand customer needs and present our product as a
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Attend industry events and conferences as required
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by closing deals and expanding sales within your
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in consumer brand products or other relevant sector
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a focus on inside sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex sales
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- A fast-paced work environment with regular talking and hearing, repetitive hand motions
- Standing, walking, reaching, bending, carrying up to 15 pounds and focused computer screen time
