Renewal by Andersen is a division of Andersen windows, the most recognized window brand in the nation. We currently have openings for motivated Customer Service Call Center Representatives on our call center team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you would be outbound calling perspective customers from a warm database of prospects who inquired with us at one point or another and offering appointments for free in-home consultations for replacement windows and doors. You will be required to follow scripting and make use of trained situational explanations with the ultimate goal of setting qualified appointments. In addition to calling out to customers, you will also have the opportunity to receive call-in’s and web inquiries from potential customers who would like to schedule appointments with Renewal by Andersen.
