Ins’Tent is market leader in the event tents, canopies, and promotional items industry and is looking for Inside Sales /Account Executive in order to support the fast growth of its sales department. We are looking for driven Inside Sales Reps to join our fun and creative company!

What to Expect:

• Warm quality leads
• Inbound Calls via In House Marketing
• NO COLD CALLING!
• Portfolio of Returning customers
• Generous base salary (* *$25/hour) + uncapped commission. (our sales reps make $70K-$95K annually)

Your role will consist in connecting with warm leads, in order to identify their needs, help them selecting the right products and finally convert those opportunities into sales. Our Inside Sales, are provided with exclusive, quality leads, derived from our efficient online advertisements. Our Associates also receive inbound calls from prospective clients and internet inquiries (generated from our website), directly from individuals seeking our products.

What we are looking for :

• Minimum of 2 year of SALES experience, call center or inside sales experience preferred
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• A strong hunger for financial success
• PASSION for helping people with an outstanding focus on the clients’ needs
• Go-Getter with A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
• An articulate, confident, and conscientious communicator
• Excellent active listening skills and enjoy talking on the phone
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize!
• Technical savvy; able to use multiple computer systems while in conversation with a client

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
