Reports To: IT Infrastructure & Security Manager
Summary:
The Infrastructure Support Administrator provides hardware and software support for the Company. This role also helps drive critical security enhancements, enforcement and support for Company endpoints and access to data and systems. This role is part of a team contributing to meeting the Company mission of growing the Phillips brand by providing effective and efficient solutions. These solutions and practices are aligned with business needs with the goal of providing effective results while keeping Company processes, data, and systems secure.
Essential Functions:
- Identifies and resolves issues associated with software and hardware across the entire Company either in person and/or over the phone/email/remote desktop. Software and hardware include PC, laptop, and operations tablet setup and support, physical and soft phone support and setup, scanners, printers/copier, G Suite administration and the O365 Toolsets, collaboration tools, as well as many manufacturing system applications.
- Sets up, maintains, onboards, and completes deprovisioning of users and their associated computer and equipment (monitors, phone, etc.). Assists with sourcing and inventory management.
- Develops and monitors appropriate security procedures to safeguard Company systems from physical harm and viruses, unauthorized users, and damage to data. This is achieved through Multifactor Authentication, Google 2 Factor, Active Directory and Google Share/Group management methods.
- Coordinates issue escalation to other IT team members. Communicates progress and resolution status to IT team members and customers to ensure customer’s success and satisfaction.
- Documents procedures for essential job functions such as installation of software and troubleshooting.
- Meets and exceeds departmental service level metrics and provides feedback to improve service levels.
- Completes special projects or other tasks assigned following project plans being established.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Desired Competencies:
- Knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
- Proficiency with using incident/issue management tools.
- The ability to create, update and enhance documentation, tech notes or team knowledge sharing.
- Experience with remote management tools in the resolution of technical issues.
- Experience with mobile device management (iOS and Android).
- Experience with security training software.
Required Education & Experience:
- Must have the ability to maintain current knowledge, skills and/or certifications relevant to assigned job responsibilities.
- 1-5 years of endpoint support experience to include:
- Experience working with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Google Chrome, Chrome OS, iOS.
- Experience with Active Directory, domain controllers, and user provisioning.
- Experience with VPN user provisioning, MFA tools, and support.
- Experience with backup software technologies.
- Experience with maintaining VOIP and voicemail systems (preferably Mitel).
- Experience with maintaining antivirus software and troubleshooting issues that arise
- due to malware, etc.
- Knowledge of project management practices.
- Experience working with Barcode Scanners and software management for scanners.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 2-year degree or greater degree, focused on information technology, computer science or related field.
- Completion of related certificate programs.

Work Location & Travel Required:
This position requires working on-site Monday through Friday. There may be occasional times when working remotely is an option, but due to the organization being supported this position works primarily on-site in Princeton or occasionally in St. Paul, MN.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time and walk throughout the manufacturing facility (approximately 800k sq. feet of buildings). Requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs.
