Infor LN Solution Architect

Client: Malibu Boats
While this role is primarily remote, quarterly travel is expected for picking up equipment, implementation of Infor LN at various locations and go -lives. Client will pay for expenses related to travel.
Rate: $85- $95/hr, little more flex

Summary:

We are looking for an outstanding Infor LN Solution Architect to join a diverse team with a strong functional and technical background with passion for Infor products. As an integral member of the Information Systems team, the Solution Architect will be taking a lead role in the implementation and roll out of Infor products (LN 10.7, CPQ, Factory Track, Supplier Exchange, Approva, PLMA, BIRST) and other supporting programs across different company entities. We are looking for people who innovate, have an aptitude for learning and love problem solving.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for a multi-site ERP implementation, strategy, planning, and data migration to deliver a reliable and scalable application.
• Lead a team comprised of business analysts, business users, developers, database and site administrators, consultants and other project members to collaborate in planning, analysis, development, and testing of Infor products.
• Be the subject matter expert and point-of-contact across all Infor LN modules to effectively contribute across the Infor landscape
• Support workstream leads for O2C, S2C, P2P, P2D, I2O, I2R and R2R
• Conduct Workshops and One-on-One discussion with business and IT stakeholders to utilize standard out-of-the-box functionality of Infor LN
• Provide solution guidance and governance with respect to Infor LN changes and enhancements
• Assist in the documentation of the functional and technical specifications for enhancements
• Work to improve the systems and processes currently in place by researching and analyzing the current environment and put forth recommendations to improve the overall environment
• Conduct design review and guidance of current and future state enterprise structure
• Create a business flow design and data integrations to be used for all impacted applications
• Document application architecture components and communicate changes throughout the user organization, supporting change management and compliance.
• ERP contact point for software vendors/consultants to establish, create and execute deliverables
• Provide technical and functional consultation, document procedures and support other team members
• Assist implementation and upgrade to the ERP system in the areas of date migration, data validation, system configuration, testing, CRP, UAT and documentation
• Partner with business users on various processes to make the user experience seamless
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of Infor LN Implementation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / MIS / business administration or a related discipline
• Infor LN functional experience with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Planning and Warehousing packages
• Experience with Infor LN Tools Administration and Databases in an On-prem environment
• Knowledge of LN Assembly Control is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of LN Extensions, custom BOD/BDE development and integration experience
• Knowledge of Factory Track, CPQ, Supplier Exchange, PLMA and their integrations to Infor LN
• Good knowledge of roles and responsibilities within LN including AMS and DEM
• Ability to provide solutions and suggest best practices in LN and Infor applications
• Clear and complete knowledge on latest tools and porting set binaries very strong technical ability, strong judgment, and problem analysis techniques
• Demonstrates expertise with SQL queries, performance fine-tuning
• Working knowledge of the Windows server operating system and SQL Server databases
• Experience in object-oriented design and coding
• Demonstrates knowledge in overall Infor ERP Architecture.
• Experience taking a leading role in building complex software system.
• Experience with ERP implementations, primarily within a manufacturing organization
• Ability to participate on a cross-functional implementation team to complete a long-term full ERP implementation cycle project
• Experience using agile methodology to achieve project success
• Ability to solve complex systems problems quickly with little technical guidance, and develop corrective measures
• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, understanding priorities and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, and ability to lead and work in a team environment is critical
• Ability to think abstractly and deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems
• Demonstrates technical documentation, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
• Obsession with quality, operational excellence, and customer experience
• Advanced Microsoft office skills
