Role Overview
Your responsibilities as In Cluster Distribution Sales Manager include building and maintaining business relationships with our distributors in the C&EE region, assisting them in launching new products and services, monitoring agreed sales targets and supporting the implementation of local marketing plans. You are the first point of contact for our distributors for all questions regarding sales and product development.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage Distribution partners and Resellers in the C&EE region
- Assist in the implementation of approved go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a good relationship to all of our Distributors and Resellers in the assigned territory
- Generate enthusiasm and passion for our products & services among partner sales teams
- Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to the sales teams of partners
- Monitor the agreed upon sales targets of our Distribution Partners and Resellers
- Assist with building and implementing local marketing plans to drive sales pipeline and revenues
- Ensure that the projects of our Global Key Accounts are implemented locally based on the Master Agreements
- First point of contact for our distribution network for all issues related to sales and product development
- Development of specific market knowledge in designated target markets
- Sales contact for customer inquiries in unoccupied markets
- Act as the internal key channel specialist internally
- Facilitate communications and deal flow between partner and other internal departments
Who you are
- Professional experience in the hotel industry or in the SaaS IT environment
- Fluency in German and English a must
- Desire to support and develop a world class channel program
- Sales affinity and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and methodical skills
- Very good ability to work together in various interdisciplinary teams
- Strong executive presence and financial acumen BA/BS degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions through Resellers and Distributors preferred
- High flexibility and willingness to travel (ca. 50%)
