Press Operator

We are looking for a full-time Press Operator for our expanding apparel imprinting department. The qualified candidate will perform a variety of duties related to apparel imprinting; Qualified applicant must possess a strong work ethic and an ability to shift between projects to properly execute the daily tasks required of the position.

Qualified candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday during business hours (schedule to be determined).

Pay rate: $11/hour

Essential Functions:

• Effectively communicate with coworkers and other departments in regards to work order details
• Stay organized and work independently to meet deadlines
• Assist teammates and/or other departments depending on workflow
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations
• Must be able to work overtime as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

• Receive very general guidance with respect to overall objectives; work is usually quite independent of others; operate within policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Must control and protect any proprietary company information used while performing job tasks
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to take direction and work well on a team
• Must be able to complete all assigned training
• Must demonstrate a high attention to detail
