DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH:
- Erstellung von Exposés
- Durchführung von Besichtigungsterminen
- Durchführung von Mietanpassungen
- Onlinemarketing für freie Mietflächen
- Mietbuchhaltung
- Mahnwesen
- Allgemeine Mieterkorrespondenz
- Abwicklung von Bankgeschäften
DEIN PROFIL:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Immobilienkauffrau/-Mann
- Kommunikationsstärke und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise Kaufmännisch-organisatorisches Interesse
- Freude an dienstleisterischer, kundenorientierter Arbeit
- Kontaktfreudigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit
- Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Absolut diskrete Behandlung unserer Betriebsinformationen
- Keine Berufserfahrung erforderlich
