Hybrid Junior Systems Administrator – MSP Division
Growing and leading MSP looking to add onto their team by finding a Hybrid Junior Systems Administrator – MSP Division who is eager to learn and grow internally both technically and through the company. They prides themselves on promoting from within and building a team that is collaborative and knowledgeable.
This is a hybrid WFH role coming into the office 3-4 days per week after training. Additional hybrid flexibility comes with tenure.
The Hybrid Junior Systems Administrator – MSP Division is responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner. This relates to all technology, to include workstations, servers, printers, networks, VOIP systems, Office 365, cloud, and vendor specific hardware and software.
Hybrid Junior Systems Administrator – MSP Division Job Responsibilities:
- IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.
- Support of disaster recovery solutions.
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services.
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
- System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise.
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
Hybrid Junior Systems Administrator – MSP Division Requirements:
- MSP Industry experience
- Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
- ConnectWise or other PSA/RMM tools
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
