ARS/Rescue Rooter - providing heating, cooling, plumbing, and home comfort for over 35 years. We are seeking an HVAC Service Manager (HVAC Operations) to oversee performance of our Norcross, GA HVAC Service Department.

Salary range between - $80k to $90k.

Responsibilities

Plans and manages designated service and support operations within a line of service. Assists the General Manager in providing management support to create an environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement, learning, customer satisfaction and high standards of service. Utilizes human resources effectively to increase business, manage workload and job costs, achieve production and margin objectives and provide quality services to customers and contractors.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee day to day operations within the line of service.
• Ensure employees work productivity and development.
• Coaching and recruitment of employees.
• Improve and evaluate operations and financial performance.
• Propose strategies and establish goals for service centers growth.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Ensure integrity of sales tracking and assist General Manager in data reporting to the corporate office.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 4-6 years of experience in service operations management in the primary business of the service center.
• A working knowledge of electricity and air flow are required.
• Trade licensure is desired, not required
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A proven track record of sales success and territory growth.
• Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards. Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
