Our HVAC Division is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an HVAC Service/Installation Technician to join our team in Marlborough, MA.

Job Summary:

As an HVAC Service/Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems, as well as providing exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

You the Technician is the RockStar in our company, and we'll prove it!

Responsibilities:

• Installing new systems.
• Removing old systems.
• Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Meeting local HVAC codes.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• EPA
• HVAC Certification
• 2+ Years’ Service Technician or Installer Experience (HVAC)*
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds.
• Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
• Requires local travel as necessary.
