What Will I Do?

• Have a “CAN-DO” attitude with their team and their customers!
• Use their experience and knowledge to perform 5-Star Service on each residential install. (AC, Furnace, Mini-Split, Heat-Pump, etc.)
• Lead a two-man team to successfully complete residential HVAC systems
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all training exercises & company meetings
• Be on time, presentable and courteous always
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets

What Does It Take?

• Minimum of 2 years industry experience required, install experience preferred
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Successfully pass a drug screen, background check, motor vehicle record search, and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work closely with company sales team to identify requirements of installation jobs
