Position Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for employees, managers and Human Resources (HR) for all requests related to our Human Capital Management System, Workday.

• Assist managers and HR team in entering data for things like new hires, job changes, terminations, etc. to ensure accuracy.

• Review employee data changes in Workday to ensure accuracy before they’re finalized.

• Complete employment verifications.

• Participate in new hire orientation and confirm forms are accurately completed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) – 100% fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Relevant HR administration and Workday experience preferred.

• Proficient in Excel.
