Who we're looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Operations Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage manpower planning and control, analysis and reporting to meet hiring needs.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the HR department's objective to put our customers first and deliver exceptional customer support and service.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct strategic planning, analysis and problem solving of business cases to support manpower needs and accomplish organizational manpower goals and targets.
- Develop processes and procedures to maintain a strong and dependable manpower control system.
- Collaborate with management team in annual headcount planning process to ensure proper staffing levels.
- Develop monthly manpower requests, obtain management approval and manage executive review and approval process.
- Develop and maintain proper manpower reporting systems, Key Performance Indicators and updates through continuous improvement and PDCA.
- Responsible for weekly/monthly/annual analysis and reporting of key performance indicators.
- Conduct analysis and reporting of attendance by department.
- Collaborate with management team on retention strategies.
- Develop and maintain system to generate cross-functional team member movement.
- Ability to work independently and within a team supporting a variety of assignments.
What you bring
- Human Resources or related Degree
- Manpower Planning or Labor Cost Planning in a Manufacturing environment.
- Task Oriented Self-Starter with Drive - Highly energized and motivated go getter.
- Detailed oriented with the ability to perform detailed data analysis, identify problems and recommend solutions via written proposal.
- Strong work ethic to ensure that activities are coordinated and executed successfully with proper communication during the process and through completion with the ability to identify issues, adapt and implement countermeasure as needed to ensure targets are achieved.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to create and maintain project schedules to ensure that goals, targets and results are clearly visualized.
- Highly Proficient User of Excel (Formulas, Charts, Graphs, Pivot Tables, V-Look-up, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and within a team supporting a variety of assignments.
