Our company is seeking a Human Resources Manager and Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to the organization. This is a hybrid position that will require the ability to balance strategic HR management with hands-on recruiting. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of top talent.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Create and execute onboarding programs that ensure new employees are set up for success.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Conduct investigations and manage employee disciplinary action as needed.
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage the open enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR-related compliance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR and recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting and selecting top talent.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• SHRM certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
