Job Summary
FranU Director of Human Resources
Under the appointment and direction of the Vice President of Operations and Finance, the Director Human Resources is responsible for the administration and coordination of the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University human resources program including, but not limited to, recruitment: pre-employment screening and background checks; compensation; benefits; personnel policies; employee development and training; ensures compliance with applicable state, federal, local laws and regulations; and acts as an internal consultant advising departments on HR issues.
Job Requirements
Experience: **5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
Education: **Bachelors in Human Resource Management or related field
Training Special Skills: PHR Certification preferred University and Education System personnel experience preferred (will consider any equivalent combination of education and experience) Has a working knowledge of unemployment status and regulations applicable to Louisiana employees.
