We have an opening for Human Resources Coordinator. This is a Full Time position consisting of 40 hours per week.
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The human resources coordinator will be responsible for duties related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement, assist with benefit administration and other related human resources duties. This individual will also be responsible for provider credentialing.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2 years of Human Resources Experience desired but not required
- Proficiency with Excel and MS Word required
- Provider credentialing experience desired
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Hospital Wide: Supports hospital mission and strategic vision; manages hospital resources appropriately; complies with hospital policies and programs; maintains skill levels, licenses, and certifications; complies with all state and federal compliance and HIPAA requirements; keeps lines of communication open between self and other hospital personnel; competent with computer programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Recruiting – support HR Manager by processing background checks (WS State Patrol, OIG, SAM, NSOR), processing reference checks and scheduling pre-employment screening.
2. Onboarding – support HR Manager in communicating the onboarding process to new employees, collect and enter data from the following onboarding forms: IRS I-9, IRS W-4, HIPAA, Immunization record, ACA dependent, Direct Deposit, EEO.
3. Follow up with new employees and managers during first 30, 60, 90 days to ensure the Orientation process is being completed. Assist in the organization of new hire orientation meetings.
4. Provider credentialing: Maintain confidential folders for all providers; communicate with Medical Director, CEO, and Providers regarding appointment/re-appointments.
5. Demonstrates a strong understanding of Skyline Health personnel policies.
6. Other human resources duties as assigned.

Pay: $22.60 - $31.28 per hour
