The Delta by Marriott Minneapolis Northeast Hotel is looking to fill a Human Resources Coordinator position to assist with the daily operations of the HR Department.Duties include but are not limited to: This position will support the General Manager/HR Director of the hotel.
· Assist with new hire onboarding and enter new hires into the payroll system.

.· Respond to inquiries from employees in a timely manner.

· Maintain an accurate and up-to date personnel file on each employee at all times, in compliance with federal and state laws.

· Uphold and ensure all hotel policies and procedures are being adhered to.

· Ensure complete and accurate profile for each employee in HRIS, including payroll deductions and time off balances.

· Update job descriptions as needed.

· Adhere to and uphold work safe practices, rules and regulations.

· Maintain and file records in accordance with federal, state and/or law.
