Human Resource Assistant
Salary: $48K -$57K
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join its dynamic team. This role is available immediately and provides a great growth opportunity for the right candidate. It is a full-time (onsite), non-exempt position and candidate will be reporting directly to Controller.
Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Responsibilities:
· Assist the Controller and HR Team
· Responsible for assisting with maintaining various programs, including recruiting, hiring, promotion and termination processes, employee relations, assisting with the payroll process, compensation, benefits, garnishments, audits, disability and worker’s comp claims, and performance review.
· Coordinate and administer programs, policies, and training to help prevent harm to workers, property, the environment, the public and to identify potential violations that may result in fines or actions taken against our company.
· Assist with HR compliance efforts, including maintaining knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
· Act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
· Perform administrative tasks, including database entries, reports, compiling and distributing materials, filing, preparing files for scanning and uploading to the employees’ personnel files, organizing HR share drive, faxing and emailing.
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
· Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, etc.
· Other duties and projects as assigned by the Controller.
· Performed other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of related work experience in HR and Accounting.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
· Knowledge of Paylocity and Acumatica Preferred.
· Detailed-oriented and highly organized.
· Can multitask well in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Willingness to learn.
· Proven ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
· Excellent follow-up skills and an acute to details to ensure accuracy.
· Ability to work in a team and independently.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitively information and documents as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
