Job description
Evans & Dixon is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our mid-size team in our office located in downtown Saint Louis, MO. The potential candidate would be helping in most aspects of HR and would have the opportunity to dip their hands in many projects. This position is full time role with majority of the time in office.

Essential Functions:
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Help with recruiting, interviewing, testing and selecting employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Conduct reporting, reconciliation and audit of all employee benefits.
  • Work with Director of Human Resources to form ideas or activities to continue to reinforce the Firm's culture development.
  • Work and help direct the firm's Diversity and Inclusion committee.
  • Plan and conduct employee orientations that educate and introduce the new employee to the Firm's culture and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with government agency requirements and reporting such as EEO1, ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations. Including COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA and FLSA.
  • Work hand and hand with the Director of Human Resources on various projects.
