Catholic Charities is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the work of top-notch HR professionals by delivering exceptional HR services to a multi-site organization. Our ideal candidate will be a true team player who has prior experience in a human resources support role, exceptional administrative and technical skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, unflappable discretion with high energy and a positive personality.
The HR Assistant will:
- manage phone and email inquiries and walk-in traffic. Process mail.
- provide administrative support for compliance and audit procedures.
- manage the employee file room including adding, purging and retrieving files as needed
- process department invoices
- order department supplies
- support department projects as assigned
This is an excellent opportunity for a person interested in the HR field. The position will offer exposure to all facets of Human Resources, collaborate with a very diverse and dynamic team of professionals working within a forward-thinking, transforming organization.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in a fast paced HR office! HRIS, specifically, UKG experience is highly desired.
Education
Preferred- Associates or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
