Whova is hiring a full-time Human Resources/ Business operations Assistant who will be responsible for talent sourcing and virtual career fair attendance, office management, company-wide event planning, new hire orientation, employee benefits, and other office / finance administrative work including invoicing, bookkeeping, and reconciliation. It requires a bachelor's degree and commuting to the office in San Diego.

How You will Make an Impact
- Help with HR projects, including but not limited to career fair attendance, new hire paperwork, company event planning, benefits, etc
- Process the day-to-day business operations such as invoicing, bookkeeping, billing, reconciliation, expense analysis, handing customers inquiries related to contracts, etc
- Responsible for office administrative projects, such as inventory management, vendor relations, office expansion, and resolving facility issues with a building maintenance team
- Perform additional duties and assignments that help ensure a smooth and efficient business process

- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
