Serves as a lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, HRIS provider, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implement projects.

This position serves as the technical point of contact and subject matter expert for the HRIS. The position oversees the HRIS system functionality, including but not limited to the following: system implementation, upgrades, system security and access, workflow design, time and labor configuration, system configuration and maintenance, file feed integrations, platform configuration, user education and training, process documentation, and providing reporting and analytics. The position is responsible for the proper and effective operation and integration of the UKP Pro/UKG Dimensions system and related modules.

Essential Duties:

  • Serves as a strategic technical expert on HRIS functional capabilities, ensuring systems configuration, migrations, upgrades, and integration provide optimum performance.
  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, including implementation, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems and modules.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users. Collaborates with HR functionality, enhancements, and Intergrations; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Recommends solutions; project manages the changes and implement processes.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Manages the development of HR analytics and reporting with metrics that support HR and workforce business objectives.
  • Development of Business intelligence reports to support HR functions
  • Ensures HRIS project goals are met withing established timelines and within budget.
  • Designs user friendly process and training materials and facilitates team training.
  • Maintains the knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
