• You are supporting the Global Academy team with all administrational tasks
• Specifically, you are responsible to organize global, regional and local trainings
• This means, you have to align internally and externally on content, dates and locations
• You also ensure, that we stick to the purchasing process
• The overseeing and guidance of the academy working students is part of your daily work
• Our Learning Management System (LMS) is the system you are working with most of your time, maintaining and updating it constantly together with the working students
• We do lot’s of presentations: And we need you to professionalize them
• Our people will know about our academy offers and processes because of your communications

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in any subject
• Ideally, you have first professional experience in administration in a larger company (advantageous in an international environment)
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office and open to learn new tools and systems
• You communicate confidently in English, German and other languages are a plus
• As a service-oriented and communicative organizational talent, you enjoy supporting the topic of learning in our company
• You are reliable and pay back our flexibility and openness
• Precise and independent work is a matter of course for you
• You are looking for a team – not just a workplace
