MS Cruises, the world's third largest and fastest growing cruise brand, is expanding its HR team. This position is responsible for assisting the VP of HR MSC Cruises USA and working with the team on all HR functions, supporting the day-to-day HR related needs of our internal clients. This role will have a specific focus on both Facilities Management and being the lead coordinator (alongside VP HR) for our “CARE Team”, which develops and executes support to our employees, guests and their families during a crisis.
The role will be in our Miami office with some visits to our Fort Lauderdale office when needed
Bachelor’s degree with Human Resources emphasis
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
Must have managed Employee Relations and stressful situation that may require some level of psychological awareness
Previous experience with Facilities Management is a strong plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office with high level of knowledge of Excel Competent with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll system
Fluent English, oral and written skills. Any additional language is considered an advantage. Competency: Ethical Practice

Facilitate the consistent application, implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs (e.g., merit and promotion, planning, performance management, employee relations, career development, employee relations, headcount planning, etc.)
Coach business executives on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
Collaborates with recruitment, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining top talent and on building pipeline for future needs
Proactively works on the Facility Management of our two offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale assisting the VP of HR in day-by-day operations and long-term projects.
Together with the VP of HR, acts as the Lead coordinator of the CARE team
Collaborates in or leads specific HR projects Coordinates and manages employee engagement and recognition activities
Performs other duties as assigned
