Position Overview: The HR Analytics Manager is a key member of the global Human Resources team, acting as the “right hand” of the CHRO. He/she is primarily responsible for global HR data analytics, providing reporting and actionable insights to support the business and strategic decision-making. The role encompasses duties involving a variety of HR fields including compensation, HRIS, training, high level communications (board presentations, etc.), audits as well as potential various HR projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Reporting and data analysis: Provide ongoing support to HR projects and initiatives that require reporting, data analysis as well as occasional data input (e.g. training, diversity, recruitment, compensation, HR portion of ESG audits, spending and budgeting, headcount analysis, etc.)
- Insights: Tailor insights into multiple HR areas (e.g. hiring, development, rewards, retention of talent), help data consumers understand how to discuss the information, and how the information can be leveraged to create action plans.
- Data Integrity: Ensure high level of data integrity through periodic audits, cleanup and instructions to other HR team members as necessary
- Communications & Projects: Lead and develop various HR projects as directed by CHRO (reorganization activities, communication activities, ESG / DEI surveys/ audits, integration as necessary with M&A, etc.)
- Deploy & Follow-up: Ensure integrity of coordinated global projects through regular follow-up and assistance with/ to regional HR team members
- Configuration, Troubleshooting & Reporting: Support reporting needs across all HR functions including configuration for new reports, troubleshooting existing reports, and advising on potential reporting solutions
- Presentations: Prepare presentations for easy digestion as well as present information in a way that holds an audience’s attention and fosters focused discussions that generate traction and ultimately impact on relevant goals
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, analytics, applied statistics, economics, accounting, MIS or related field preferred) …or Master’s in Human Resources or Business
- Ability to easily calculate, compute, organize, understand and solve numerical and quantitative problems. (Four (4) years or more collecting, organizing, interpreting and presenting simple and advanced analyses, experience with Microsoft office including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, including experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table required)
