Aufgaben

• Managing the onboarding and feedback processes of new employees
• Employer branding (LinkedIn, universities, Stepstone, XING etc.)
• Participating in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and projects
• Supporting of the entire recruiting process (from placing the job advertisement to interviews)
• To administer and maintain the recruiting e-mail account

Qualifikation

• Matriculated student ideally in the field of Economics or / Human Resource Management with a mandatory internship
• Very good written and spoken English skills. German or Spanish desirable
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Independent, structured working methods
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
• Open-minded mentality
