As an HR & Administrative Assistant you'll be responsible for organising the company’s day-to-day operations. You'll be expected to provide support to the organisation in a variety of ways such as coordinating all daily administrative activities, bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry and secretarial services.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • General office management: receive visitors, answer telephone calls, clerical duties such as filing, printing and couriering documents, ordering office supplies, booking and arranging meeting room, ensuring all items for the new hire are ready for their first day, make travel and hotel arrangements for the office and visitors and liaising with building maintenance.
  • Contribute to HR and union trade achievements: supporting HR in export monthly product reports, controlling and exporting timesheet as well as fingerprint machine, supporting union trade activities such as birthday, national day celebrations, and organising and leading corporate social responsibility activities and organising team building activities.
  • Maintains and provide high standards on duty, work ethic and professionalism: executes work requirements in a timely and accurate manner, making sure to follow company SOPs when applicable, optimises time spent at work and knows how to manage workload effectively, provides accurate updates and feedback and complies with all local legislative requirements.
In support of the responsibilities above, we're looking for the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in human resources or business administration)
    At least 6 months working experience in HR or administrative work.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google-Suite
    Proven capability in hands-on problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions; self-motivated and results driven; excellent organisational and time management skills in handling workload and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Can communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation and with external parties to senior executive levels.
