Job duties include:

• Assist clients in locating suitable housing in the community
• Assist client in locating community resources
• Performs outreach to the community and other appropriate agencies regarding Housing
• Meets regularly with Clients to discuss progress, problems, and plans
• Take clients for tour to potential sites
• Assist clients in completing housing application
• Assist Client in accessing community resources that relates to housing, food, evictions, expungements, etc.
• Complete CAF to apply for Emergency Assistance, cash, food support, 1st month’s rent deposit, utility bills

Qualification:

Associate Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred

2 years Experience in Human or services services

Can navigate technology well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
