Now hiring for Full-time Housekeeping Aide. Under the supervision of the Housekeeping/Laundry Manager, will perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department.

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Clean rooms, corridors, offices, and public areas.
• Dust mopping, mopping, general dusting high and low.
• Wash windows, clean drapes.
• Clean restrooms.
• Clean mattresses, move furniture for cleaning purposes.
• Clean refrigerators.
• Care for plants.
• Work with isolation control procedures, as necessary.
• Report back any concerns or issues to your team leader.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping/Laundry Manager.
• Work closely with all staff to uphold and further the Mission, Vision, and Values of FBH.
• Work as a cooperative and contributing member of a 24/7 interdepartmental care team to ensure that the needs of our Residents are met.

Requirements:

Experience:

• None required. On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications:

• Valid work permit if under the age of 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in an understandable manner.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with Residents, staff, visitors, volunteers, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions and circumstances.
