The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation seeks a qualified individual for the position of Housekeeper Lead. This position provides essential housekeeping support to all areas of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation (museums, offices, visitor services, and outdoor areas).

Minimum Qualifications

-Knowledge of cleaning methods and use of chemicals, equipment and supplies, and safety procedures.
-Working skills in operating manual and power cleaning equipment.
-Demonstrated ability to read and follow cleaning label instructions and written and oral instructions.
-Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods and to perform manual labor. -Experience performing cleaning tasks required.
-Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

-High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,760.00 per year
