LifeX is seeking one or more cleaning assistants for currently 40 hours per week in Munich. This person will be responsible for the daily cleaning tasks of our co-living apartments. We are expecting the hours to increase in the near future. LifeX is a fast-growing start-up that is developing a new co-living concept throughout Europe. We provide fully serviced Nordic-styled co-living apartments in Copenhagen and other European cities. LifeX is for people who relocate because of work, as well as anyone who wants a flexible lifestyle with time to have fun with others as part of an international environment. This is why we want to provide the highest quality of standard of our cleaning services. Tasks: General apartment cleaning in rooms, common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms which includes; all surfaces, floors, window sills, desks, corners, laundry areas, and sinks. Deep cleaning and general maintenance in different locations where cleaning tasks such as the descaling of showerheads, cleaning ovens, electrical appliances, and unclogging drains in bathrooms. Check-out cleanings where you make sure that the room/studio apartment is spotless for the next person moving in, and checking for any damages or missing items. General communication with the operations team and members. Requirements: Experience in housekeeping or similar Sense of cleanliness Good communicator Team player, flexible, reliable, motivated Proficiency in English, basic German is helpful and any other language a plus We offer you: A part-time job in the daytime (starting at 9 AM) - currently 40hrs per week A good working environment in an international team and vibe A varied job Hourly wage 15€ Application and contact: Applications are received on an ongoing basis and the starting date is as soon as possible.
