Oakleigh of Macomb Senior Living Facility is looking for a Housekeeper. The housekeeper is an essential member of the team. The responsibilities are cleaning residents’ rooms. We are looking for staff to enhance the lives of our residents by being a positive part of their environment. This will be accomplished by completing your tasks in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating with others to attain goals. Experience working in a memory care unit is recommended.
Duties:
- Cleaning resident’s apartments: mopping, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms
- Work consistently and cooperatively with residents, coworkers and family members
- Be mindful to keep all chemicals out of the residents’ areas
- Be economical with supplies and equipment
- Treat all residents with dignity and respect
- Protect residents from accidents and injuries
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or executive director

Requirements:
- Able to pass a criminal background check
