Caregiver Supervisor Opportunities starting at $17/hr.

· PLUS shift differentials of $1-$2/hr. for 2nd shift and weekends!

Homes for Independent Living (HIL) is looking for experienced caregivers to join our supervisor team. You will provide direct care for adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges and lead your team by example!

No management experience? No Problem!If you have experience in behavioral caregiving with the ability to promote a positive and productive work environment we want to talk to you!!

You will:

• Help clients with daily living activities
• Redirection of challenging behaviors
• Medication administration
• Meal preparation
• Supervise staff
• Implement company procedures

Caregiver Qualifications:
