Job description

Seeking a household manager for a single, self employed mom with 3 children under 10 to take on general household duties, run errands and keep up on household chores. I am seeking someone who can clean, organize, do laundry, change bed linens, help with schedules, grocery shop, cook, meal prep, and coordinate and manage daily activities. I am NOT seeking a nanny or childcare, but it would be helpful to have help driving children to events or school from time to time when multiple activities are scheduled.

My home is about 4800 sq. ft. and general cleaning such as bathrooms, kitchen, floors, vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting would be needed once each week. Then laundry linens and bedding to completion, including washing, remaking, folding, hanging and putting away.

I need someone who likes organizing and helping to maintain tidy spaces, who can work independently to maintain systems and create better ones that work. Helping the nanny stay on schedule and making sure the children are progressing on their own chore and organizational charts.

Shopping and Cooking required. Someone who can prep meals and shop autonomously for the family. Meal prep or menu prep is desired.

In nutshell I am looking for "Super Mom" or "Super Grandma" to jump in and take the reins so during this busy time I can enjoy spending more quality time with my family. Flexible scheduling but looking for long term and must be reliable. I would like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but again I can be flexible for the right person. Clean driving record and pass a background check.
