A luxury boutique hotel in the Garden District is seeking a part time Night Auditor to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, keep shared spaces clean and assure a world class guest experience. We pride ourselves on having an employee forward company culture and a positive work environment.

Schedule to Start:

• Thursday 11pm-7am
• Friday 11pm-7am
• Saturday 11pm - 7am

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Welcomes all guests at registration, checkout all guests in a professional manner
• Assists in accurate completion of night audit processes, report packets and daily sales report
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Collect payment from guests
• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
• Perform light bar services
• Maintain shared spaces

​Qualifications:

• Previous hotel night audit experience is required of at least 1 year
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Light Bartending
