Hochstetler Resorts is looking for someone to join our front desk team! We are looking for a year round person, or someone seasonally who could commit through the end of October. We are a family business that has operated hotels in Estes Park since 1998.

We have four hotels in Estes Park, Colorado: The Silver Moon Inn, The Appenzell Inn, The Hotel Estes & The Estes Mountain Lodge. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and is passionate about hospitality.

Skills Required:
-A strong work ethic
-A strong passion towards hospitality and guest interactions
- Computer skills

-Self Motivated

Tasks Include, but are not limited to:
-Checking guests in and out
- Reservations
- Responding to emails
- Various projects in the winter, ranging from creating filing systems, to snow shoveling, deep cleaning and light maintenance such as painting.

**We also do have housing that is an option for employees only.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
