Job description

An Atlanta based hotel management company is looking for an experienced hotel executive housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department for a limited service under 100 rooms Choice Hotel property. This requires hands-on management which includes: hiring/firing, training, directing the team to clean and organize the hotel, keeping up with the laundry, and making sure all dirty rooms are cleaned each day. The most important part of this role is to train, develop, and hold your employees accountable for their work all while falling in line with company labor standards.

You will be held accountable for:

• Cleanliness and maintenance of the room
• Medallia scores relating to cleanliness and maintenance
• Not exceeding company labor standards
• Calling, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Disciplining and firing employees
• Training new housekeeping personnel yourself
• Keeping the housekeeping department organized and cleaned
• Taking weekly and monthly inventory
• Receiving supplies, verify supplies, put up supplies
• Abiding by the company's master key policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
