Join Ripe Society Hospitality as the Hostess of an established casual fine dining restaurant, Naive Kitchen + Bar. Recently voted by Forbes magazine as one of the best restaurants in Louisville, KY. We are a seasonal kitchen focusing on utilizing in season produce to interesting dishes in an elevated atmosphere. We focus on ingredients, techniques, a positive working environment, and growth as a company.

We are seeking an organized and dedicated host to work the busy weekends. Must be able to think quickly on their toes and handle stress well!

Responsibilities include:
-welcome and greet guests
-providing accurate wait times
-manage reservations through out online system
-escort guests to their tables
-assist servers with busing tables, sweeping, and keeping the restaurant clean
-assist bar with polishing & washing glassware
-answer incoming calls, including carryout orders
-manage the 3rd party delivery devices
-running food when needed
-ringing in carryout orders and accepting payment

Requirements:
-positive attitude and work ethic
-understanding restaurant etiquette
-keeping a clean station and understanding Covid restrictions and cleaning -operations
-excellent communication skills
-must be able to walk and stand for an extended amount of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
