WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• The role of the homeowner resolution manager will center around handling upset customers, effectively communicating with them and seeing their project through to completion and payment in full.
• Daily communication with homeowners to ensure we are addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in the oversight of the customer care department - guiding, coaching, conversations and how to determine when a customer needs to be elevated.
• Handling of all conversations with customers in regards to compensation due to challenges with their project.
• Regular communication w/ external departments to ensure the customer has had product ordered, correct product ordered, jobs in field are completed to customers satisfaction and ensuring payments are collected and processed.

SKILLS

• Excellent customer service skills with a high focus on empathy
• Proven organizational and follow through skills
• Communication skills
• Microsoft office Suite experience
• Sales force experience helpful but not required
