We are looking to hire a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator for a full time position

Scheduling coordinator is a full-time key member of our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES : include but not limited to the following:

* Serve as an office liaison and communicator.

* Interact with families, clients and caregivers regarding provided services.

* Ensure that services are provided as prescribed by the client's Plan of Care

* Answer phone calls professionally and return calls in a timely fashion.

* Timely cover cases relevant to patients needs.

* Document all patient/aide communication in HHA eXchange.

* Assist coordination team to ensure daily coverage of all cases.

*On call rotation is a MUST

*Work closely with HR for compliant aide placements and reporting to HR relevant information.

*Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of job responsibilities and compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

* Communicate with employee’s daily to encourage compliance.

* Ensure and encourage aides EVV clocks/Assist with app compliance for clocking.

*Work closely with payroll to ensure time sheet submissions are on time.

*Submit aides sick time to payroll on a weekly basis.

*Maintain all paper records in accordance with policy and procedures.

* Work with Management and Insurances to keep authorizations updated and continual.

* Encourage employees completion of in-service.

*Follow cell phone use, lunch breaks, personal calls, social media and personal email use guidelines.

*MUST work as a team player with all staff members.

* Assist in other duties within office when needed.

*Adhere to and role model the behavior for all staff which reflects respect for all Any-Time Home Care, Inc. policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

On call rotation on weekends a MUST

Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred

Minimal 2 years of experience preferred but willing to train right candidate.

NHTD and TBI Waiver experience preferred (not required)

Knowledge of HHA eXchange a plus

Knowledge of Medflyt a plus

Excellent and professional customer service skills

Strong computer and writing skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

Candidate must be Reliable, respectful and conscientious

Detailed oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
