About the position:
We're looking for a Hiring Specialist to support scheduling and interviewng candidates for all postions across our orginization.You will:
- Coordinate interview scheduling for an assigned division of the company.
- Support multiple positions with varying priorities.
- Work with a diverse talent pool.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Managers and HR leadership to facilitate the candidate interview process.
- Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
This position requires working onsite in Greene, NY. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
About you:
- 3+ years administrative, scheduling or related customer service experience is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience Outlook (email and calendar)
- Experience Microsoft Teams
- Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems
- Ability to effectively communicate through email, phone, and/or text communication.

Salary - The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50 per hour.
Requirements:- An Associate's Degree is preferred.
- Four or more years of related experience is required.
