Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Reports to: Help Desk Lead
Job Location: Hybrid - Camp Hill, PA

The Help Desk Analyst III position is an advance-level position and assists with the setup and deployment of end-user devices. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. The position provides one-on-one setup support with company Staff. This position also assists with the other projects and quarterly maintenance; testing of network, servers, and associated equipment/applications.
Primary Responsibilities
Setup, image and ship new/replacement devices
Work with users to setup new devices remotely, ensure all aspects of the machine/software working.
Track hardware in company’s asset inventory
Use Microsoft Active Directory-like tool to set folder/user permissions; add clients and workstations to the domain
Address client-side performance and reliability issues across multiple locations
Maintain and update documentation for assigned projects and systems
Additional duties as assigned by management
Travel as needed, less than 25% of the time
Normal Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am start
Experience
Advance-level help desk experience
Certifications a plus
Associates degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
