The most important characteristic of a healthcare recruiter at National is the ability to effectively communicate with candidates via telephone and email, providing them with urgency and exemplary customer service, all here in our offices in Winter Park. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of the candidates, and manage the candidates through their entire employment process. Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Contact candidates via the a database, leads, Internet, e-mail, social media, etc.
• Qualify candidates and review resumes
• Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure that their needs are met
• Manage candidates’ placement process for long and short term contracts
• Achieve the given sales goals and objectives assigned
