Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative

Location: Durham, NC (Remote option available)

Duration: 6 months

Job Description

Based on established guidelines, the Intake Specialist processes a variety of internal and external member/provider requests and transactions.

Receives, screens, and enters data in preparation for review.

Complies with timeliness standards and reduces unpaid claims and rework by accurately processing requests.

May also assist on special projects as needed.

Requirements:

Must have proficient typing skill

Strong analytical skills

Strong Call Center background

Healthcare background preferred

Work Hours: 8am-5pm (M-F)

Required: Call Center experience, must have strong computer experience and typing skills.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
