Job description

This person will supervise our tellers and handle BSA compliance for the credit union.

They will do the following as part of that job:

Scheduling of the tellers. Training new tellers . Perform ongoing training with existing tellers. Write procedures and assist with policies regarding their department.

Review accounts to ensure BSA Complaince

File CTR and SAR's as needed.

Know all regulations affecting the departments.

They will be expected to work alongside of the teller's and assist our members with transaction via the various channels we offer.

You help our members via the phone and in person with a variety of transactions and issues. They need to be able to problem solve issues quickly.

Greet members, receive deposits, loan payments, and handle disbursements and cross-sell credit union services. At all times, represent the credit union in a friendly and professional manner as your front line presence will be remembered by the member. The credit union’s success is in no small part directly attributable to the impression made by you to the members

Perform other duties as required by management

Salary is negotiable and base on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
