Head Artisan Baker Job Description

We are looking for a baker who can assist with the production of cookies, cakes, fillings, french pastries, and more. You will help with the creation of seasonal pastries. You should be passionate about baking and be inspired to create pastries beyond the customers expectations. To be successful in this role you must be well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Artisan Bakers Responsibilities

• Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen
• Adhering to recipe instruction
• Ensure a successful work environment with impeccable organization
• Creating pastries, baked goods, fillings, and confections
• Organize and store needed tools and materials
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and food preparation laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalent
• 1+ year of kitchen experience
• Clear communication
• Able to work early mornings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
