The Service Administrator of Region 4 will provide the overall direction of the organization within the guidelines set up by a board of directors and/or similar governing body. Plan, direct, or coordinate service activities at the highest level of management with the help of service center employees to provide quality care to all clients we serve.

1. Complete yearly and/or bi-annually QA plans as per state requirements.

2. Provides consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and client receive the highest level of care.

3. Assist in resolving recipient complaints/grievances and answer questions pertaining to resources and services.

4. Assist in making recommendations to Managing Partners concerning such issues as staffing decisions and procedural changes.

5. Compile reports on recipients for review by Administration /Managing Partner/ Regional QA Coordinator.

6. Cross-train with all departments such as, but not limited to, Field Supervisor, Medical Coordinator, Office Manager, and Training Coordinator.

7. Be responsible for compliance with all regulations, laws, policies and procedures applicable.

8. The Service Administrator will need to live in region to accommodate emergency staffing requirement and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

9. As needed review of all Field Supervisors ISPs completed for quality.

10. Individual, face-to-face supervision to review cases, assess performance, and provide feedback for improving performance will occur at least one (1) time per week per Field Supervisor.

11. Conduct group meetings with all Field Supervisor staff to problem-solve, provide feedback, and collegial support.

12. Assist Field Supervisor with all of their cases as needed.

13. Periodically accompany FS’s (at least quarterly) to meet with a family for purposes of teaching, coaching and giving feedback to the FS regarding performance.

14. Assist in updating calendars for AdaCare monthly.

15. Conduct group meetings with all Field Supervisor

16. Collects timesheets every pay period

17. Check mileage every month for Office Employees

18. Email weekly to FS reminding them to turn in clients’ receipts, with clients and DSW's initials

19. Review Face to Face forms turned in weekly by supervisors and ensure all is completed as required.

20. Follow up with Field Supervisors concerning Hurricane plans, Food Stamp renewals, Housing renewals, and Medicaid Eligibility are reviewed and completed in a timely manner.

21. Attend any OAAS and/or OCDD meetings in the region

22. Complete on-call schedules and review any/all issues that happen during on-call shifts.

23. Monitor quarterly and annual CPOC dates and ensure Field Supervisors are prepared and attend accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
