Riding High Harley-Davidson is seeking an energetic sales professional to provide customers with an exceptional sales experience both in-person and online. We offer a team-centric environment, continuous training, and great benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and brand experience to new and existing customers
• Share valuable product and brand information to enhance customer’s buying experience (Training available).
• Explain and demonstrate products to ensure customer’s feel equipped to purchase the bike that best fit their needs (Training available).
• Personalize customer interactions to ensure new and existing customer’s needs and wants are fulfilled
• Build and manage customers relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• North Carolina Motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain endorsement.
• Sales experience in retail or automotive is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow a structured value-based sales process.
• Devotion to providing exceptional customer service.
• Commitment to building and maintain a customer base.
• Desire to contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
