Home Maintenance company in Rockville looking for skilled handymen with residential maintenance/construction experience.

Responsibilities include: completing scheduled maintenance and repairs on private homes, interacting with customers and subcontractors and general management of customer's home.

Preferred experience includes lite plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall/paint work with an overall level of knowledge of the home required, with basic computer skills as a plus.

Applicants must speak and read English fluently and be able to diagnose problems at the home.

The position is full time with a four day, ten hour schedule, main work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, with limited weekends and weekly reqular days off. Includes paid holidays and vacation time.
